Project Management
This activity focuses on the overall coordination and effective management of the P.A.C.E. project. It includes the organization of the kick-off meeting, preparation of the project management plan, monitoring of project progress, and preparation of intermediate and final reports. The objective is to ensure smooth collaboration between all partners and guarantee that the project activities are implemented according to the timeline and objectives.
Communication and Dissemination
This activity aims to promote the P.A.C.E. project and ensure that its results reach a wide audience. It includes the creation of the project logo and visual identify, the development of the project website and social media presence, and the production of promotional materials. Dissemination events, workshops, and presentations will be organized to share the project results with students, educators, and stakeholders.
Survey and Needs Analysis
This activity focuses on identifying the needs of higher education students regarding Artificial Intelligence literacy and prompt engineering. Through surveys and consultations with students and educators, the project partners will analyse current skill levels, expectations, and challenges related to the use of AI systems. The results will guide the design of the educational content and the development of the learning pathways.
Creation of Educational Content
Based on the results of the needs analysis, partners will design structured learning pathways and develop educational materials related to AI literacy and prompt engineering. These resources will include digital learning modules, exercises, examples, and explanatory materials that will help students understand how to interact effectively with AI tools.
Development of the Gamified Learning Platform
This activity involves the design and technical development of the P.A.C.E. digital learning platform. The platform will integrate gamification elements, interactive challenges, and prompt engineering exercises that allow students to practice their skills in a dynamic and engaging environment. The system will be tested and improved through several development iterations to ensure usability and effectiveness.
Creation of the P.A.C.E. Forum
To support collaboration and knowledge exchange, an online forum will be developed within the platform. This forum will allow students, educators, and stakeholders to share experiences, discuss prompt engineering techniques, and ask questions related to AI interaction. The forum will help create a collaborative learning community around the project.
Pilot Implementation
The gamified platform will be tested in pilot sessions at the partner universities. Students will participate in structured learning activities using the platform to evaluate its usability and effectiveness. Two pilot phases will be organised: one for testing the beta version of the platform and another for evaluating the final version.
Evaluation and Documentation of Results
During and after the pilot sessions, the project partners will analyse the results using questionnaires, feedback from students, and platform usage data. This evaluation will help assess the impact of the platform on students’ AI literacy and prompt engineering skills. The findings will be documented in a final report that will provide recommendations for future educational practices.
Creation of the P.A.C.E. Foundry
The P.A.C.E. Foundry will act as a collaborative space where stakeholders, educators, and organisations can continue developing and expanding the project outcomes. The Foundry will support networking, sharing of educational resources, and long-term sustainability of the project results beyond the project duration.
