De Vinci Higher Education (DVHE) is a multidisciplinary higher education institution located in Paris La Défense, the largest business district in Europe. DVHE brings together several schools, including EMLV Business School, ESILV Engineering School, and IIM Digital School, offering programs in management, engineering, and digital technologies. The institution promotes interdisciplinary education and strong collaboration between academic research and industry. Through its research center and international partnerships, DVHE is actively involved in European projects that foster innovation in education, digital transformation, and sustainable development. DVHE has extensive experience in coordinating and participating in international academic collaborations, particularly within the Erasmus+ framework. Its educational approach emphasizes experiential learning, digital tools, and close engagement with industry partners. Within the PACE project, DVHE contributes its expertise in innovation, digital education, and project coordination, supporting the development of new educational resources and a gamified learning platform for higher education.

The University of Patras was founded in 1964 and began operating in the academic year 1966–1967. It is one of the largest higher education institutions in Greece, employing more than 700 faculty members, 200 scientific staff, 368 administrative staff, and approximately 2,700 researchers. The University comprises seven Schools and 31 Departments, offering a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral study programs. With more than 650 cooperation agreements in 55 countries, the University of Patras has a strong international orientation and actively supports mobility, innovation, and academic excellence through the Erasmus+ programme and other international initiatives. It was the first university in Greece to introduce ECTS across all departments and to implement institutional quality assurance processes. The Software Quality and Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory (SQLab) is part of the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics of the University of Patras. The laboratory focuses on research in software quality and human–computer interaction, including usability evaluation, user-centered design, physiological and stress analysis during interaction, educational technologies, virtual and augmented reality, human–robot and human–drone interaction. SQLab actively participates in EU-funded research projects, contributing advanced tools, methodologies, and interdisciplinary expertise to support innovation and user-focused digital solutions.

International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, established in 2005 by the Italian Ministry of Education, builds on the experience of the NETTUNO Consortium, a network of 43 Italian and international universities delivering distance education since 1992 through satellite TV and the Internet. Today UNINETTUNO has about 20,000 students from more than 160 countries and offers degree programmes in four languages (Italian, English, French and Arabic) through its proprietary e-learning platform. The university has five faculties: Engineering, Economics and Law, Cultural Heritage, Psychology and Communication Sciences. UNINETTUNO is internationally recognized for its research and innovation in distance learning technologies and actively collaborates with universities, research centres and international networks to develop advanced digital education models.The Faculty of Engineering has strong expertise in digital innovation education, integrated into its academic programmes, including the Master’s Degree in Industry 4.0 and Big Data and the Ph.D. in Innovation Technology Engineering. This expertise is also developed through several EU projects coordinated by UNINETTUNO and covering several topics of digital transformation.

ASSOCIACIÓ MERAKI PROJECTES DE VALÈNCIA is a non-profit organization located in Valencia, Spain, established in 2017 by a group of committed professionals in the fields of education, digitalization, and learning processes. The organization is driven by the belief that education should be accessible to everyone and serves as a tool for personal and social transformation. MERAKI’s main strength lies in facilitating learning processes and supporting the smooth transition from face-to-face to online environments. They provide individual support to organizations and educational centers undergoing digital transformation.

Their key activities include:

  • Training Delivery: Providing high-quality training for professionals on innovative educational methodologies (e.g., gamification, flipped classroom), digital competences, diversity, entrepreneurship, and project management.
  • Digital Transformation: Counseling public and private organizations in their transition to digital environments.
  • Instructional Design & E-Learning: Developing high-quality e-learning platforms, like Moodle, and designing online and blended training programs.
  • Internationalization: Counseling educational centers, associations, and sports clubs on international cooperation and helping establish European networks

COEUS is a technology-oriented organisation based in Cyprus that specialises in the development of innovative digital solutions for education, research, and interactive technologies. The organisation has strong experience in European-funded projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ programme, where it contributes expertise in software development, digital platforms, and the integration of emerging technologies into educational environments. Through its activities, COEUS aims to support digital transformation by creating tools and systems that enhance learning, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Within the P.A.C.E. project, COEUS contributes its technical expertise to the design and development of the project’s digital learning platform and supports the implementation of innovative educational approaches related to Artificial Intelligence and prompt engineering. By combining technological development with user-centred design principles, COEUS helps ensure that the project outputs are accessible, engaging, and aligned with the needs of higher education institutions and students across Europe.
